DAAYMADE Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

We aim to have all orders processed and shipped within 5–12 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or limited releases. We will notify of delivery delays via email.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second notification once your order has shipped (for physical goods).


Digital Goods (Design Systems & Tools)

All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Access is provided immediately after purchase or via email within minutes.

  • No physical item will be shipped.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing your product, contact us and we will assist you.


Physical Products (IRL Goods)

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 10–14 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external factors outside our control.

  • DAAYMADE is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Other reasonable solutions at our discretion


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Digital products

  • Physical goods (unless damaged or incorrect as outlined above)


Lost or Stolen Packages

DAAYMADE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Then reach out to us and we will assist where possible
